Perfect for who really wants to be serious about getting to ready for a surf trip or just weekly exercises. Training for 2 years now here and it made my life better. Coaches really helpful and motivating, I do recommend and believe that you will see the results very fast!

Training with Shane and the team has not only made my paddling stronger and my fitness better I feel so much more confident in the water. It gave me the confidence to take the trip of a lifetime to go and surf with Shane and the guys in the Mentawais this year. It's not just your strength and fitness that improves when you train with Shane, my performance in the water has really improved, I feel like I can really start to surf now. Thanks Shano'
