I highly recommend this place! You get so much more support with your goals than just going to your everyday gym. It's not intimidating at all, and everyone is really friendly. It's just the start of my journey here, but I feel already mentally better after just 2 sessions. And I can't wait for more :
PLC is the place to be! You are surrounded by amazing Coaches that care and want to actually help you improve your health and your life. Everyone is so welcoming and will greet you with such an inviting feeling with a huge smile on there face! I started my 28 day challenge with PLC in August! In just one month I have lost 6kgs! I highly recommend you come and check it out!
By far the most fun I've ever had training! Everyone is super friendly and helpful and there to support your journey. Would recommend PLC to anyone no matter their fitness level. Best decision I ever made! :
Amazing trainers! Everyone is so inspiring! You feel extremely welcome even on the first day, it's a family feeling environment! You will be pushed to your absolute limits and accomplish awesome results! Would not recommend anywhere else! Only thing I would like to see is a few more sessions added for later in the night for people who work late. Other then that, amazing!!!
What an experience at PLC Burleigh! The trainers are world class and create an incredible energy making results inevitable. Thanks to Rachel, Rob, Jordan and Jackson specifically who have kept me on track with the fitness journey.
