~~WELCOME TO HOT YOGA GOLD COAST~~

We have 2 studios on the Gold Coast in West Burleigh and Mermaid Beach.

HOT Yoga is a 60 & 90 minute series of Traditional Hatha Yoga postures and Breathing Exercises practised in a heated room.

Our dynamic sequences tone, strengthen and detoxify your body while also clearing & calming your mind.

I really loved practising at this beautiful studio between Christmas and New Years Eve while I was home in Australia for 3 weeks recently. I usually practice in London and Hot Yoga Gold Coast felt like a yoga home away from home to me. The quality of the teaching and standard of yoga was unparalleled to any of the other studios I've been to in Australia. There was a lovely, friendly vibe at the studio and I got lots of (much appreciated!!) personalised corrections over my five classes. Thank you Jodie and Sean for such a special experience - you've got something really amazing happening at Hot Yoga Gold Coast. I hope to be back again soon 🙏😍💜

BEST YOGA ON THE GOLD COAST!!! 
I'VE BEEN PRACTISING HOT YOGA SINCE 2006...
GREAT VARIETY OF CLASSES.... NEVER BORING. 
THE TEACHERS ARE VERY ENCOURAGING, EXPERIENCED AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP.!!!

Tried several places on the coast and also in places in europe. Glad to know one of the best is so close to home! Great teachers who explain the benefits of each posture and keep the room hot hot hot!
