Beyond The Ultimate Transformation - Personal Training & Group Fitness Burleigh Heads

I have been training at beyond for over a year now and all I can say is AMAZING!! The dedication and encouragement from Shane and Brendan is so impressive they have really saved my life. I feel like a new woman both physically and mentally. I’m in my 40s and can honestly say I have never felt this great before. The other members are all so friendly absolutely no judgement we are like a family. My favourite is boxing followed by yoga but I really enjoy all the classes!!!

Great classes with lots of variety, wonderful staff members who call you by name when you arrive at the gym and who always followed up with a word or 2 of encouragement, plenty of equipment to test your strength, fitness and body. Loads of parking and ample room in the gym for several people to work out. On a personal note, I am loving the Pilate's classes, only wish that there was a night spot for Pilates as I work shifts. Great club to belong to. Thanks Shane and team.

Very impressed by the dedication and enthusiasm shown by Shane and his team. Shane has a way of empowering and motivating people that not only creates a great atmosphere to train in but also makes you want to return day after day. I have found that Shane and his team show a genuine interest in their clients by educating them, taking the time to answer questions, always supervising and following up. The classes offered are flexible and cater to all ages and fitness levels. I’m glad to have found Beyond the Ultimate Transformation and would recommend anyone looking to improve their health and overall fitness to give them a try. Keep up the great work guys!

I have be training with the Shane and the team for 6 months and all I can say is they have changed my life! I originally went so as to do Pilates and yoga only but with the encouragment from Shane I am now doing boxing as well as strength and conditioning. I have gone from hating exercise to can't wait till the next class. These guys are fantastic and never cease to amaze me with there dedication to helping you achieve your goals. They don't just to workouts they also do nutriention and goal setting as well. Thanks Shane , Brendon and team.

Loving training at Beyond!! This is the best holistic approach to training I have ever had and for an extremely reasonable price. For less than I was previously paying for PT only, I have 2 PT sessions per week and access to all the classes: boxing, strength and conditioning, yoga and Pilates. I have also had goal setting and nutrition sessions which have really motivated me to become the healthiest and fittest I've ever been. Shane, Brendan and all the instructors have been so friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable!
