Snap Fitness Palm Beach is the best!  The staff are friendly and really supportive - my PT Josiah has really helped me achieve my goals.  I never thought I would say I love going to the gym BUT I do LOVE GOING TO THE GYM!

It’s fine- good range of equipment and Atmosphere is not intimidating.  Would be good if they made everyone wear shoes..... I do find that gross and its not really normal gym etiquette  Only two stars due to broken equipment taking MONTHS to get fixed.

Very poor customer service. I have been trying for weeks to fix an issue with the card they provided for 24-hour access that simply has never worked. This is enabling me from entering the gym which I guess is the only reason I am actually paying for a membership. Unresponsive emails & calls.

Visiting from another country, decided to pop in and ask how much a day pass was. The girl working there was so rude I immediately decided against it and left never to return. They have a very bad way of talking to potential customers, very unprofessional and rude.

I was visiting from Canberra and purchased a week's membership, saving a few $ on the casual session rates. Despite being typically cramped for floor space, and some grubby patrons that didn't wipe down the equipment, I enjoyed my experiences here. Staff are friendly and helpful and clean the equipment!, parking was straightforward or maybe I just got lucky, and the music and workout vibe was good. Would visit again if I'm on the GC in future.

Steph and team have been so helpful with pausing my membership while I needed to have a short break. Looking forward to getting back there soon. Thanks again! Xo

palm beach snap fitness is 10/10! the staff are very friendly and approachable, they have amazing PTs with affordable prices. the gym has a wide range of machines to help you achieve all your goals!

This snap gym is so great, all the new equipment and the revamp makes it even more inviting to train everyday. I was greeted warmly by reception and given a clear and positive induction when I signed up. Highly recommend, and such a good location!

The equipment in this gym is all pretty much brand new, there’s not a huge area for stretching or doing floor style workouts. I’ve been a member here for years and this gym gives me everything I need out of a gym.

Awesome gym, friendly staff, new equipment.
