Clothing isn’t bad at all but service is so disappointing. Bought three dresses at once and paid for shipping because I’m interstate so it’s easier that way rather than buying dresses individually with the $10 flat rate each time. They didn’t have physical stock for a dress I paid for that showed availability online happens, that’s okay, I was offered an exchange or gift card, took the gift card and found something I liked a week later. I called up and asked for free shipping as I had already paid for it with all my dresses a week prior, I didn’t feel as if I should pay again for their own system issues. They showed no leniency for a casual customer and said, “yea we can’t do that but- you got your dresses”. I’d have all of them and paid for shipping once if your system didn’t mess up. Not fair. Not shopping here again, now.
Girl who served me today with the black top and black pants is so rude. Threw my receipt which didn’t even make it in the bag and walked off. Doesn’t know how to smile and was rolling her eyes at every customer that asked for help. I have never seen such poor service in my life. If she hates her job that much than why is she working there.

Been here multiple times, trying to give it more and more chances due to it's undeserved popularity and not knowing any better. It's a horrible horrible store. Workers have the most despicable attitude and are very unhelpful, not at all something you expect to see in the service industry. It's like the managers tell them to look down on customers and give dirty looks. Clothing is way overpriced for cheap fabric and poor quality. Refund policy is rubbish. My final trip, I had purchased something and when I saw I'd been overcharged on the receipt, they refused to return my money on account that I'd walked out of the store, however, I was still at the entrance. They refused to help or do anything. I don't know how they're still in business, I'd gladly give my money and time to anyone but them.
I’d ordered ‘Secret Garden Tunic’ which I received today. Just in love with the tunic. The material is great and so is the print. So happy with my purchase :-
Appalling customer service. Definitely don’t honour their refunds policy. If you’re looking for a place whos employees lack manners and have no business etiquette you’re at the right place. Been a month still waiting for my complete refund.
Love the clothing and the scarves and everything they sell. BUT the customer service is apalling! The staff is super rude with no interest in helping out their customers! Would have been a better experience if the store was clean as well!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!!! The girl at the counter was extremely RUDE!!! asked her about an item I was looking for and rudely told me ''no we don't have it'', found the item as I was walking out. At check out I asked questions regarding stock as I wanted to come back and purchase item in different colors, she was extremely rude, not helpful, sarcastic and dismissive!!!! She also spent most of her time gossiping. The store was a mess, the change rooms covered in filth, clothes everywhere. The to say the service was DISGUSTING would be an understatement. Such a shame as I wanted to return and spend lots of money there. Management need to fix this, terrible experience!
Had a bad experience here with the girls. They are never helpful, always gossiping and dont even greet you when you come inside. The clothes here can be found elsewhere at cheaper prices and better sizes.
Dishonest shifty people with no respect to there customers selling very bad quality clothes
