Very bad customer service. We were in the shop at 3.30 and my mum tried out a set of PJ which doesn't fit and she grabbed 3 more tops and wanna try them as well. The girls told us they are going to close it 10 mins and gave us the feeling that they did not wanna serve us as well. They officially close at 4pm. Very disappointed with their service. We purchased a few things but will never return to Bankstown one.
