After about 8 weeks at this bootcamp i am glad to say i have seen good fat loss results. I was training at the gym for about 2 years or so and maybe its the fact that i didnt have a full time trainer as i do at urban bootcamp, the gym did not deliver. I have lost about 9 kilos and i enjoy the training very much. The prices when compared to other bootcamps is the best ive found so id like to say thanks!

hopefully i can continue losing weight at this same rate! after a month im down to 75 kilos from 82kg a month ago. I've been to a few of the locations which i found convenient with urban bootcamp memberships. However i like the training environment at the homebush location, some awesome hills and good spots to train. The new trainer Toufic runs the location and i gotta say keeps each session fresh. Thanks guys, hope to keep it up!
