Fitness After Baby is a boutique personal training and wellness coaching business for New Mums and Fitness Ever After for older clients wanting to improve their health and fitness. Personalised programs tailored to the client's needs and preferences. Mobile PT available for clients unable to get about. Female only PT, gentle and caring, a personal and dignified approach to making life changes.
My mission is to provide an opportunity for New Mums to begin their post-partum exercise program in a comfortable environment. To re-strengthen their core, pelvic floor and overall fitness, and to feel good about themselves. Setting and achieving realistic goals, making healthy choices, being motivated and committed to the body repair process. To embrace the changes motherhood brings and to love who they are.
