I’m very happy with Carlile swim and the swimming teachers at Cherrybrook. They are humble, patient, and very supportive. I personally learned to swim here even though I had no experience before, and now my kids are also learning and enjoying it. Although the fees are a bit high and increase twice a year, I’m still very happy with the place and the teachers. Highly recommended!”

I can do breaststroke, but for years I still haven’t been able to swim freestyle. On my 7th lesson at Cherrybrook Carlile I managed to swim 25m.nMy instructor corrects my style and at the same time I don’t feel pressured or humiliated. She even allows me to have it my way most of the time. All the instructors are commendable here for their effort. Thank you . If you are looking for swimming lessons there’s no better place than here.
TERRIBLE ATTITUDE.nMy child is having swimming classes in here. The teachers are nice. But there is a reception lady behaving very rude. The lady in the reception who works every Saturday afternoon didn’t even ask my account or anything when I asked for her help to extend the make-up classes she told me straight away I can’t extend the make-up classes. The attitude is terrible, I think the management should work on it a bit better.nnNotice the expire date of MAKE-UP CLASSnMy child has make-up classes when we went on holiday. Some how these make up classes can expire. There is nothing written on the website. And when they expired you can not use them anymore. Even only a few days. And you can’t update the class too early, if it’s expiring on March you can’t update it on the end of January. Because they are not expiring.nnOverall, I feel like to cancel my child’s swimming class to avoid getting the reception lady’s sick attitude. I want to ask here if anyone had the same problem like me.
Great place for kids to learn swimming. Amazing staff who pays great attention to your child in their early years of swimming lessons.nnSchool holidays are even better as kids get intensive learning and practice whenever possible. Just one observation that when the class is full, 6 or 7 kids seems a bit crowded. 5 kids max would be ideal.nnOverall two thumbs up!
