Awful receptionist. Bad attitude, rude and extremely unhelpful. Zero customer service or assistance. Swim lessons themselves are good but not worth getting through the arrogant gate keeper every week.

Receptionists and staffs are very friendly, helpful and thoughtful, my son and daughter are happy to be at this center.

There is no makeup classes, even if you call in advance to let them know. This policy is ridiculous. Sometimes there are 6 students in a class utilizing half a pool, that is just too many as kids just bump into each other during drills. Teachers and staff are ok.

The reception lady was very helpful in assisting the transfer of 2 kids who were at Carlile Carlingford. There're 2 swimming pools, a 25 meters and a smaller one for the little kids. The supervisors look good and give clear guidance. Parking isn't too much an issue on Sunday morning.

Good staff who are experienced and dedicated. Chlorine fumes are a bit overwhelming after long periods of time though. Only one shower in the men's room.
