Popped in to do some photocopy and scanning. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. They also have a great cafe next to the library and swimming pool with easy parking.
Wow! I don’t know what to say , libraries are meant to be quiet…. Sorry to say it sounds more like a daycare centre with children running around and screaming. Access to facilities are good but seriously children screaming and giggling in a library is not on. There’s a time and place , the library isn’t the place for this take your kids to the park if they want to play.
The facilities here are amazing. The library staff help people with all the things that they need to do, the IT support they provide is unparalled.nnHowever the very best is Emanuela, a divine gift to all that have the pleasure of her assistance.nnA new high seat black chair at the service desk is a welcolme addition, certainly customers need more seats there at the service desk.nnIt is hard to stand up for many users of the library, I find it very hard standing right now.nnIt is good to know that anyone can do all the job applications, printing of documents or anything else that they need help to do in an atmosphere of kind, supportive and professional assistance.nnThere are plenty of pcs and heaps of other resources. An excellent range of books, magazines and more.nnThere is swimming for children, a marvellous cafe and ample parking. Gold Coast Library card works at all the libraries so that is handy too
Lovely place,always clean and tidy, staff are so helpful with the computers/printing and general enquiries.nI visit regularly as its a welcoming environment
