There are many kind staff who help instantly, such as the manager and the male staff, but you have at least one cranky old lady here who, perhaps due to being hard of hearing and thus misunderstanding questions posed to her, comes across as being the unfortunate stereotype of a grouchy old library lady. Please ensure staff are more friendly and can at least offer a smile and a cheerful demeanour to patrons as when patrons have a question it is because they need HELP!!! I did interrupt her fiddling around with elastic rubber bands and perhaps having to stop that little activity and provide assistance annoyed her.

Excellent library full of a great variety of books DVDs and plenty of computers for public use.. Air-conditioned and plenty of places to sit and relax in comfort.Staff are extremely helpful..One of if not the best library on the Gold Coast..Close to Pacific Fair and Public transport with plenty of parking.

Helpful ...without exception. Patient. ...the same. Staff all enjoy their jobs so much and it shows. ..im not computer literate...but the lovely staff will stop and take me through the steps of scanning etc...and spend half an hour helping me sometimes. I go there once a week at least. ...its my joy.

This is a really good library, much better than the one's that Logan City Council are in of but for some reason whenever I go to the bathroom there is always a random guy in there who is just standing in front of the mirror with is bag on the ground over near the entrance, he's also stays in there after I finish and it's kinda creepy. With public toilets isn't it supposed to be a quick in and out kind of situation?

Contrary to a previous review I´ve read about the library, it actually offers plenty of space to work with your private laptop. They are also more than enough power outlets available. It is cozy and the staff is super friendly. The only downside is the internet speed - It is around 0.4 - 0.8 Mbps for download and 0.4 Mbps for upload. Not really suitable for digital nomads. There´s no coffee machine. 3-4 Stars is a fair rating I think.
