The food is ok, but the service was terrible. I happen to be a regular customer of Upali's Colombo and today I went with my 1year old daughter and i felt like the place is not much friendly anymore and not baby friendly specially. Staff should be trained to smile with customers they should learn the lesson from male waiters at Upali's Colombo.

Love their pan rolls and lunch specials. Must say though their food tastes differently, especially take away curries haven't been that great lately.

Great experience - three visits in the last month. Every occasion was memorable - in a positive way. The food has been great everytime. Cathy, who I think managers the place, has been fantastic and is a real dynamo. The Hot Butter Cuttlefish .... I think it was..... was magnificent. Great food and service. Highly recommended.,

The food is just great.. There was a wait period of 20minutes,but the wait was worth it. We were charged for the containers and pappadoms, which was a bit odd because we weren't told that these were extras.
