I ordered via Uber eats (order #70C61) and already left this review in that platform. But I feel so strongly about warning others that I’ve cut and pasted it here into Google reviews also. This was the worst Italian dish I have ever eaten in my life. It was as though they had emptied an entire bottle of oil in the container before sealing it. I can’t review the flavors of the carbonara or the texture of the gnocchi simply because it was utterly drenched in oil. I had one mouthful and dry reached from the sheer volume of oil. Garlic bread was fine. Just an average garlic bread, but no complaints to report. For the record, food prep was fast and delivery was earlier than their estimated time.

shocking! The food was cold, pizza only had a little topping in the middle. The food had a strange smell. I've never left a bad review, but this time I really felt the need. Staff don't speak English, hard to communicate. I was promised a refund by the manager within 2hrs. He never turned up. So disappointing!

Food is excellent, always worth the long wait. Extra long delivery and food pick up times. They make a perfect, proper chicken parmigiana better than any restaurant can. Difficult to get the attention of shop owner if necessary as she is always extremely busy making food...however she always smiles when taking your money!

Order pizza with my friend through Menu Log, reviews seemed promising. Add a special requirement for my friend as she is unable to eat cheese and left a special request to have all cheese removed from her pizza. On delivery we found her pizza was covered in cheese and called to let them know. Whoever answered the phone was insistent we didn't ask for no cheese, when we said we are able to send him a copy of the order he said it was actually Menu Logs fault and continued to say they can not help us. Got the order wrong, refused to admit it, when we offered them proof they got it wrong the denied it was their fault and then gave us the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Would not recommend to anyone, it's easier to find a better buisness to support. Someone else will probably get your order right too...

Cheap and quick delivery, which was good. Ordered the prosciutto pizza, which was bland and greasy, and definitely didn’t fit the description. It was supposed to be bocconcini, prosciutto, and roquette, but what we got was a lot of plain cheese, with a tiny amount of prosciutto and roquette. It was basically a cheese pizza. It was a pitiful pizza that was barely what I ordered, and was left uneaten.
