Today, I prepaid $30 for petrol. However, I noticed that when the pump’s display reached just over $25, no fuel was coming out. I asked the staff why and he explained there should be no issue with the pump. This is not my first time.
The price shown on Google is $1.51, but it charged me as $18.9 due to the real time change. That’s scams!
Not sure why some people get upset over customer service while visiting petrol kiosks. I usually spend less than 10 sec interacting with operator. Anyway, I visited this place one night at 10pm and found out that I couldn't put any fuel into my car unless I pay for it first. Rather inconvenient but I was more aghast by the state of social decline and degeneration Melbourne has become nowadays. Still going to give this place 5 star because, according to the Petrol Spy app, they have been consistently low in fuel price compared to some of the big names in the vicinity.
Very helpful staff, they gave me a hand when I had difficulty pumping up my tyre.
Gotta love being commanded to go in and pre-pay over the intercom... Apparently I look like I'm going to steal petrol at 10am, in my work vehicle, with my business name and phone number plastered across my back. Oh, her embarrassment when I pulled out my Fleet Card, but she was committed to the bit by then, and made me leave it at counter - because I obviously can't pre-pay to fill the tank - and then come back again to actually pay.
