I got fingered in the alley right behind there one time. It was great but the slurpee machine needs to be fixed. Not frozen properly.

Bad customer service, untrained staffs. I was overcharged, when I asked about it both of the CSR said, it is a problem in the POS system, they didn't even apologise or try to fix it.

Mahyo gets morning $1 coffee everyday. Mahyo is cheap. One time Mahyo found iced coffee in gold coast for $7.50 which not affordable. So 7-11 best value

very poor customer service, bought a fuel can and funnel and was not satisfied with as it doesn't fit my car petrol tank.
when i went to return back, the team member has misbehaved calling me stingy and haven't taken return.
he has no concern about what customer needs.
management has to escalate this problem and remove staff with this kind of behaviour.
