Went in 10 mins ago enquired about a gift card that i purchased at another 7/11 store to see if they had it He ignored my question and said in angry tone "you have to pay cash" he said it about 3 times he kept talking over me and ignored me Really bad customer experience Managment should look into it as clearly its evident on other reviews theres rude staff here

I filled up my motorcycle and the the cashier accused me of being in the week before and stealing fuel. He says it MUST'VE been me as I have a red bike and I had a jacket on. Maybe wildly accusing your customer of stealing isn't the best policy...

Gave me attitude for using 2 cups for a slurpee even though he knew the first cup was leaking. He even saw me cleaning the leak on the floor myself before coming up to the counter. Why is 7/11 franchising to these rude people?
