For example:nn* The toilet was dirty when I went to use it.n* I asked if it could be cleaned.n* I was told it is only cleaned once a day and no additional cleaning would be done.n* As a result, the toilet remained in an unsanitary condition.
Dirty service station no maintenance or upkeep water jugs all empty squeedgies all tattered and worn and in empty water buckets, water taps not working and when addressing that with uniformed staff who had to be taken away from their own chat to serve was met with a shrug. Poor service and poor experience.
Almost every time I’ve ordered pies or rolls, they’ve been undercooked—cold or doughy in the middle, which is really off-putting. It feels like there’s a lack of quality control. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures food is properly cooked before serving, because it has the potential to be a good spot if this issue is fixed.
My car broke down on the Westgate and transurban towed my car to this facility. Full credit to the steward working named Harsh. He was beyond accommodating and safely held on to my key while waiting for my car to be towed 5 hours later. Lovely young man who went above and beyond. Credit to himself and the organisation.
The pie face pies and sausage rolls are cold and get heated up in a microwave oven.nI think , if you want bakery goods, it would be a better idea to go to a bakery
