I was there for a starting point to a motorcycle ride with 15 other motorcyclists. We all love a hot drink before we take off but the hot chocolate didn’t work on either coffee machine and there was no signs to alert patrons. The tea making facilities were so poor. It was the worst tasting tea my friend had ever had. Then, the coffee that came out of the machine was disgusting. But to top it all of, we had to use a paper straw to stir our drinks as they didn’t have any stirrers!!! Really!! Why bother selling hot drinks at all! The man behind the counter could not have cared less. A lot of lost sales that day!
I stopped after a long drive, i asked the Indian guy behind the counter and he straight refused that he does not have any toilet. I asked if i can use the one he does cuz i wanted to use it urgently. And he just no. Out of frustration i just cursed my way out. Terrible experience.
The most repulsive & filthy women’s toilets I’ve ever seen & no accessible toilets. There was faeces smeared on the toilets and walls. The two toilets were blocked & there was no toilet paper. No soap, cold water only. No way to dry your hands. It looked like they had the toilets hadn’t been cleaned in several months. I wish I’d taken photos.
Very bad customer service and super dirty toilets.
They tried hard to keep this busy station clean and functional, well done and keeping it busy and as clean as you can. It must be hard and keep up the good work. Friendly staff at the front counter!
