One of your staff lost at least 3 customers tonight by wearing earphones and not paying attention. I don't blame workers listening to music while doing the graveyard shift but maybe play it low, one ear open or look up every now and then
Horrible customer service.nnTime: 2:10pm 21/1/23nnSo get this I was busting to go toilet lol like bladder gonna burst, I pull into a 7 Eleven and they staff were so rude, I was polite and said please can I use the toilet I'll even buy something?nnNope, sorry for insurance purposes both of us would get fired so sorry bye. Then walked off on me and I had to run find a subway close by and go toilet.nnI would of got petrol, food and not ruined your toilet. If the tables were turned that staff member would not of appreciated me doing this to him.nn7 Eleven as a company should be disgusted that you don't allow people to use the toilet, customers I'm talking about, other service stations do, Ampol being the best of them.nnI have told everyone I know about this and I will be calling the complaints department right now to file this officially. The customer service and the way this staff member spoke to me was disgusting too.nnEven if it is a policy they have at 7 Eleven, it's stupid and should be basic human right to go toilet. Just rediculous. Made it safe just. FYI it's the 7 Eleven on Melbourne Road, Newport.
