Unacceptable vehicle discrimination. 650am, after waiting 1mn expecting petrol to start flowing through the pump, i entered the shop to see what's up and was told by a female staff member, i had to pre pay petrol because my car is older and they have lots of 'speed offs'. Meanwhile, the gentleman at the next bowser was filling up without prepaying because his car was a newer model......WOW!!nBy looking at the other reviews on here, she saved me a BP rewards headache. There are 2 other BP stations in the same area that are far above this backwards nonsense.nnREPLY TO BPS WILLIAMSTOWN RESPONSE:nnThank you for your response.nnRandom profiling of customers is discrimination.nnIf it was 2am in the morning and a blanket rule for all customers to prepay, i understand.nnBut 650am before the Westgate bridge rush hour and your picking and choosing who prepays and who pays after. That's not acceptable.
I recently visited this BP with the expectation of using my rewards, as they prominently display a large board advertising their rewards program. However, when I tried to use my rewards, I was informed that they don’t accept them. This is not only misleading but extremely frustrating, especially after making a trip specifically for this purpose.nnThe staff were unhelpful and dismissive, showing no concern for the inconvenience caused. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I will not be returning to this station. It’s unfortunate when businesses do not live up to their promises, and I hope they rectify this issue to prevent further customer dissatisfaction.
If you can’t provide bp rewards then you should not mention rewards on your signboard or you should mention on each pump you are not accepting this type of rewards then we can look for some other gas station. you guys are misleading people. When ask the guy can I speak to your manager then he say I’m the manager with no name badge on him not good service won’t come again sorry.
They didn't accept my BP reward card and store was BP reward. Misbehaving and misleading. I feel it's scam.
They don't give uber rewards I request to manager mention on machine only desi bp fuel station have this policy never recommend
