Clean place.  The staff can be great or rude pending who is on.  The time that I was there had staff snatch money off me and had to ask twice and on the occasion had to ask three times for a tax receipt.  There was time where staff are good and would ask if I required a receipt.   Fuel is good through.

I was told I couldn't fill my car while someone else was in the drivers seat because it was policy while others clearly where. I work at a fuel station, if you need me to pre pay because I look suss to you then say so but don't have me come in and insult my intelligence by lying to me

Disgusting customer service. The guy couldn't read, was on the phone the whole time and had to serve the next few customers first for some unknown reason. Told him I'll be taking my money to more deserving independents, but probably didn't hear because he was still on the phone talking something about his finances.

Absolutely terrible and rude customer service. I went in looking to exchange a $20 note for a $10 and 2 $5's on Good Friday as everywhere else was closed but the extremely rude cashier refused. He kept making up ridiculous excuses as to why he couldn't, of which none made any sense. I could tell he just couldn't be bothered helping me out. I was made to go next door to Hungry Jacks where they were more than happy to help me out.

Before this experience, United Preston South was always my preference to fill up, but never again. I have advised all of my extended network of friends and family of this experience and they will also be taking their business down the road to Puma.

Thankyou rude cashier for making us realise to never take good customer service for granted.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! like the previous reviews terrible customer service, I was accused of stealing petrol because I am a motorcycle rider. Mind you this is for a $13 tank full, if you mistrust your customers then you are in the wrong business. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this service station, and go to the 3 very near by other service stations.
