I didnt think the layout could get worse but yep they are remodelling again and its truly hell in a box! Theyve even moved the shopping trolleys so you cant get around people.

Thank you Coles Northcote (the 'old Coles'). You made my day today. I messed up with the self-serve checkout yesterday big time, and when I came back today the two ladies who took on my problem were really helpful. And it was a very happy outcome for me.

Wow - Just wow - The Worst Coles I have set foot in, the staff are terribly rude, if they aren't barking at the customers they're arguing with each other. had to laugh. I had to wait for Deli girls to finish their convo before I got served, I witnessed a Male member speaking down to an older female staff member. Cashier front end girl didn't want to be there when she was serving me. Produce male staff member ramming his produce trolley past customers trolleys (no excuse me coming through). Male staff member putting signage up at start of an aisle swearing and carrying on. The 1 star is for the two guys in deli who seem to put in effort and 1young gentleman working front end with the turban who also puts in effort....Everyone else needs A LOT MORE TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE .... or just needs to get their head out of their asses......More security control needs to be done on the junkies swearing and carrying on also going through the self serve checkouts...deplorable

Seriously why are your staff standing around talking? If its peak hours open some more damn registers. It's not rocket science.
