Old bold head man working in the evening hours of Friday. He don’t know, how to behave with customers. Hiring this kind of RUDE people ruins the name of the company.
Very DisappointednnI had a very unpleasant experience due to unprofessional staff. I have a video that clearly shows how the staff member handled customers and the way he spoke to me. If you own a motorcycle, I would strongly advise avoiding this place—there are plenty of other fuel stations nearby with courteous and professional staff.nnFor the owner’s reference, my visit was on 8 May 2025 at 8:24 AM. If you'd like to review the video, feel free to contact me via email. I'm truly disappointed.
Need to prepay past a certain point in the evening. No big deal. I walked into the service station and this was our conversation:nHim: which car?nMe: bay 3nHim: how muchnMe: Not sure, can I get 40L of 91U?nHim: how much is that?nMe: Can’t you just multiple the 40L by the petrol price?nHim: I don’t know what the price isnMe: You don’t know your own petrol price...?nSo I had to walk out to check the price and do my own calculation...seriously?!!
Owner Anand and his crew are awesome, friendly, polite. Anand is always up for cracking a joke and will chat, as will some of the young guys, who are generally from AP, in Australia doing a Masters in IT, an MBA, etc
Needs more training on applying deals, as most of the time they forget to actually apply them. Paying in app works better if you get staff that knows you can pay in app
