When I arrived I should have been aware of the two large tables outside. I just thought it was busy but this was a large family group with screaming children. Not the cafe’s fault but destroyed my quiet morning. The coffee was good and the bacon and egg bun I had was tasty.
Pretty famous in the Richmond area, this place never disappoints. The breakfast and coffee here is amazing and is a regular for us. Highly recommended
I was in Richmond one morning and decided to visit the Ugly Mug for breakfast. It was busy so service did take a little while. Music was fairly loud and it was difficult to have a conversation. I found the size of the meal quite small considering the price and the value provided by other local venues.
Great hot chocolates at good prices. Staff were friendly. Can highly recommend

Great food! My friend says no other place will compare to the halloumi she got here! High praise indeed. We also enjoyed the shroom toast and Nutella pancakes
