This venue is massive and it has a micro roastery which means they roast their beans themselves on-site which leads to a fantastic coffee being served. The venue itself is super spacious and the high ceilings and decor make it a fantastic place to sit down and relax. They have a few pastries on site to enjoy with your coffee as well. Would recommend and would definitely come back
They have one of the best coffee in Richmond. The secret to their success is to micro roast the coffee on site and serve it to the customer fresh. Their venue is huge with coffee, food and production all happening under the same roof. Their croissant is also great too. The front of the house staff is nice and welcoming while their food is great too. You can see how the coffee is processed and they have people who can sometimes explain the process to you too. They also sell beans and I have ordered the whole beans for my office quite often. Their espresso blend beans and single origin beans are fantastic and I recommend you to try it at home if you have the equipment. They had their store birthday on the 21/9/2022 and they gave away free small coffee to all the customers which is a great way to give back and keep up with marketing. Overall a great coffee place and must try
Overall nice cafe with a wonderful organic industrial interior. I went with a friend on Saturday at lunch time. Parking was easy to find and service was quite fast which is a plus. I had the chicken + corn dish and a coffee. Chicken was tasty but the corn was a bit awkward to eat. The coffee was decent but the taste could have been a little bit stronger
Veneziano serves up some tasty coffee and decent breakfast dishes such as the Chilli scramble and Benedict. While they weren't perfect, they certainly satisfied our cravings. The service was good, contributing to an overall enjoyable experience.
Great place and decent food, the staff is kind of arrogant, specially the young woman in the cashier look so annoyed to be there and makes you feel absolutely unwelcome. She could get better customer service training or find another job as it ruins the vibe of the cafe. Not considering that one of the times she charged me extra and she couldn’t explain what she was charging me for. Always when I get my big coffee bag and ask for my free coffee, she rolled her eyes, it’s like what!?! I am a regular client and I have taken few people as guests to this place, I would suggest friendlier staff, otherwise there is lot of good cafes around bridge road when people is more than happy to serve you properly.
I enjoyed the varieties of coffee, and food and service were also good. We had a couple of very helpful attentive staff helping us buy some coffee which was appreciated. It has a good vibe, and the venue is big, full of natural light with high ceilings and industrial decor and very clean. Definitely an option whenever I’m in the area.
Love this huge space with micro-roastery onsite. One way to tell that the coffee must be good and it was! We came for breakfast on weekend and the place is packed even with lots of seatings - in and outdoors. Had to stand in line for short while but no issue there browsing the interesting merchandise. The coffee is really good, we got both white and black. Also the bakes are delicious - had almond croissant and anything bagel with cream cheese. Staff are friendly and efficient. Definitely will return & highly recommend!
Really lovely cafe in the back streets of 'old' Richmond. Busy at lunchtime but lots of space inside and out. Good wraps and bagels for lunch. They roast their own beans here so you can sniff your way here. A delightful experience.
Wow! Huge! Lovely light filled cafe with a working roastery on the side you can view. Lots of coffee blends available and knowledgeable staff. Great eggs Benedict.
Amazingly good coffee! Food was just okay. Unfortunately, attitude of the staff kill all the good vibes here. So arrogant and thought they're the best roastery! THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD COFFEE OUT THERE WITH A LOVELY SERVICE "BUT NOT THIS PLACE" No I won't come back and will not even think about it.
