Story

Richmond Hill Cafe & Larder is one of Melbourne’s most established cafes - housed in a carefully restored Victorian building dating from 1860, on one of Melbourne’s busiest shopping strips, Bridge Road.

Our seasonal menu features the best of local & imported produce, and our coffee is roasted exclusively for us, giving you an experience unique to Richmond Hill.

Enjoy modern twist on traditional cuisine and savour in some of the world's finest cheeses available exclusively through our Fromagerie and Larder. All pastries, and desserts are baked daily and all food is cooked to order.

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we also cater private functions and events. Picnics, hampers and take home fondue sets, all form part of the unique offering at RHCL.

Came here with 3 others, and had the French toast, fritters and rosti. It was good. I suppose the star was the French toast. Light and refreshing. Coffee was good as well, and was surprised it was Vittoria beans.
I like the cheese! Ordered a cheese toast plus salmon. It tastes good. Salmon is also good. But after I ate half the toast, it will get a little bit greasy? I think. But overall the cheese is good
Always eat here when in Melbourne! Food delicious and a lovely atmosphere.

Perfect brunch to start the day! An amazingly flavorful version of Menmen with chorizo and chickpeas high praise coming from a Turk and an absolutely delightful wagyu burger full of mustard and cheese! One of the best eats in Melbourne!
Hard to go past the smashed avo, especially when it’s as delicious and as fresh as this one
Friendly staff and speedy service, I had a small problem with the burger but the staff were very quick to fix it! Overall great environment :
