As soon as I entered the facility, I knew I was in a warm and welcoming environment. The staff were polite and couritous and the waiting time to get into the door and see my doctor was surprisingly low. When you make an appointment, you won't be awaiting for 30 minutes after the scheduled time to see them. Once in, the doctor was kind, patient, and empathetic, taking their time to address all of my concerns and issues, and even finding a few moments to share a conversation with over the weekend sports. It sounds cliche, but when you enter here, you're treated as a real individual instead of a list of problems to be solved. If you're looking for a new GP, I think this is the place to go to.

I have been a patient at Ubuntu Medical for the past 5 years. The GPs always offer really great service and same or next day appointments usually available - which is super convenient for me and my family. I'm on continual medication for a liver condition and really felt supported both emotionally and medically. Highly recommend this medical centre for people looking for more from their doctors.

The services offered, the friendly atmosphere and professional approach of the doctors and staff at Ubuntu Integrated Medical really impresses me whenever I attend Ubuntu. I recently had an appointment with Dr Will for an assessment of gut pathology results. Dr Will not only explained the results and treatment plan in detail, he also checked on my last mammogram and related tests - its been a while and is something I tend to forget about, so it was great having that reminder..as well as getting the necessary referrals so I can easily get these important tests done quickly.
