I am so glad I’ve found this lovely medical practice. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Madonna at the front desk is one of the most kind and genuine people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. She is patient and friendly to absolutely everyone, even those who probably don’t deserve it! I visit Dr Emma Fist, who is a true professional with a friendly and warm personality to boot. Can’t speak highly enough of this place!
Dr Nathan was great. I felt actually listened to and like he was genuinely invested in helping me. Very easy to talk to, kind and understanding. The receptionist is wonderful- she was so friendly and welcoming- an expert in easing the anxiety that comes with visiting a doctors office! Would suggest this practice to anyone looking to find their new GP in the area. Can't recommend highly enough.
The ambience is beautiful and the people at the front desk are so warm and welcoming. They always look at the comfort of the patience and the escort. All the doctors are very professional and caring. I have been there several times for my families treatment and I have always got the best services. For e.g: Last time my wife was advised to do the mammogram. As RBWH is the nearest hospital, I chose to do it here but I was not able to get an appointment despite making several calls. I discussed this with Dr. Madonna at Brisbane GP and she immediately started making calls to RBWH despite being very busy. It took 30 minutes to get the call through and speak to the person at the other end. Such an effort and gesture from Dr. Madonna helped me get an appointment for mammogram within a fortnight. I am really grateful for everything.
The team at Brisbane GP and Travel Doctor are fantastic!! I want to give a special praise to Dr Emma Fist and Madonna Rush. She is the best GP I have ever had. I have recommended her to many of my friends and family. Every time I see her she remembers who I am, my medical history and what we last talked about and done a heap of research about the next step. I have seen few other GP's in this practise as well who were just as helpful, caring and knowledgeable. The receptionists are super friendly as well and always seem to go above and beyond, and have been extremely helpful and prompt especially during Covid. Thank you so much team
Last week I visited the Brisbane GP and Travel Doctor in Gregory Terrace, Spring Hill, above the Aquatic Centre. It was such a positive experience. The practice manager Madonna was welcoming, and made me feel "at home". The other receptionist was also polite and warm. They created a peaceful atmosphere with the calm music and the beautiful energy of the place. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. P. Barrett
My family and I had an excellent experience. The receptionists are so helpful and take time to answer your questions. We booked appointments for Covid tests for traveling overseas. The Doctor spent a great deal of time giving us advice on what we needed and should consider. There was no rush and all of our concerns were answered. We were advised to get a vaccine and got it immediately. The service is outstanding. We could not rate this medical centre higher. Thank you.
This was my first time visiting this clinic and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I booked on the day and got to choose a few time slots free, then an email was sent with a thanks and confirmation of my appointment. An hour before I received an email reminding me of my appointment and a map of where the clinic was located. I was greeted straight away when walking in, and sat for about 10 minutes before I was called in by the DR. Dr Maureen Jeyarajah was really great, she really took her time to listen to me, and was very caring and supportive. She even got me back into her office after I had to have a test done in the clinic to talk about my results. Then as I went to leave thinking I might of had to pay for the test and appointment, it was all bulk billed! Every single doctor and clinic should use this practice as a model. Compassionate, welcoming and very efficient!.Very impressed and after years of searching seriously I think I have found a regular GP and practice to go too. Thank you!
My son had to be seen by a GP during our holiday in Brisbane and we found this practice. The lady at the reception was very patient with me on the phone and was welcoming when we arrived. Dr. Samarra Toby checked my son thoroughly and listened carefully to our concerns. She treated us with respect and was very reassuring. She even took the time to find out the nearest pharmacy to where we were staying. Thank you for your kind service. It made our stay in Brisbane even more memorable despite my son's sickness.
Dr Keyoren Fernandes such an amazing Doctor, that easy to talk to and listens . He explains the jargon and what is aims to achieve, He is not in a rush either. The experience from Booking with Madonna to the actual service by the doctor is purely amazing. Will recommend this team 110%.
I had the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor in my lifetime. We saw Dr Nathan Ruge for my nine month old. He was thorough and addressed every concern I had. The nurses at the desk were also incredibly friendly and helpful. The building itself was clean and modern and they have a fish tank almost identical to that on finding nemo. I’ll never take my daughter to a different doctor for as long as we live in Brisbane.
