'Response from the owner' 9 months ago (below) indicates that HH will let customers know when doctors are more than 15 minutes late. I just arrived for an appointment to be told the doctor "was running half an hour late, so go grab a coffee or something". I am in the middle of my work day and can't afford to just sit around for an extra half an hour. I had to just go back to work. I cancelled my next appointment as well and will find another medical centre. My first appointment was the same. Doctor almost half an hour late, I had to pay for a long appointment as it was my first time at HH. The Doctor cut me off every time I tried to speak, even when he asked me questions! I didn't get to say or ask anything, he just barked orders at me. He got everything done in just over 15 minutes and I still paid for a long appointment. He was efficient but clearly making up time was far more important than me as a patient or a person. Zero for bedside manner. That experience left me not wanting to come back but I thought I'd give it another try with today's appointment. I'm glad other patients have good experiences here but I will find another practice rather than return.

The doctors are great, but I have yet to experience an appointment where I didn't have to wait for 20/30/40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They say call in advance, but aren't I the one paying them? Where is the service? Waiting is so much fun.
