I was extremely impressed with the service yesterday. The boys from Brazil were amazing; very professional and polite. They worked efficiently and  safely. Our furniture was treated with kid gloves as well as making certain that hallways and doorways were not damaged.  The move went extremely smoothly.

I used this company for an office move and it was an excellent service. The guys were very careful with everything, efficient, worked as a team and were happy to move things around for me in the new office. The company did everything they said they would, they were on time and I was happy with the cost.  I would definitely use them again.

I just wanted to pass on some feedback about the two lovely lads who moved my house basically from one side of Melbourne to the other today! They were exactly on time in Cranbourne this morning, were extremely polite and organised, and got cracking on loading the truck straight away. The fellas packed my things with care and consideration, and ensured that there would be no damage in transit. Once we were in Ballarat, the unload started immediately. It was a tricky unload into a two storey house, but the boys managed it without one complaint! Super speedy service delivered with a friendly smile and a firm handshake - I will definitely be using Two Men and a Van again if I have to move. Thanks so much!!

 I used tmaat for the first time on Saturday 22nd July 2017.
They did not inform me that they will be using a sub contractor for this job.
But I got a subcontractor who came to my place at 7.15 am.
I only have a single bedroom unit and not much furniture.
Everything was boxed up or bagged, the only extra work they did was dismantle my bed.

They left murrumbeena for St kilda east an hour later (it's only 2 suburbs away). I had to wait for them , I went in a separate car, as they needed to get breakfast.

I was fuming when I saw them...it took them another 2 hours to get the stuff up 2 flights of stairs.

Then they tell me the price of the whole operation...$650 for a single bedroom unit.  He is quoting 3.5 hrs for the job and $160 plh after the 2 hours.  I was told it was $80.

They finished at 10.15am so it was only a 3 hour job.

The guy did not want to leave my apartment until he was paid...I told him on numerous occasions that I was not happy but he kept on telling me I will not leave until I'm paid.  He had my neighbour beeping at him as his van was blocking the driveway and he wasn't budging until he got paid.

I cannot believe I had this experience with tmaat.
