Very good and professional service. I needed help with very short notice and was so happy with Karan and his colleague: punctual, efficient, super friendly and with a nice, clean van and equipment. They handled my piece of furniture beautifully and navigated it through a tricky hallway that looked like it should have been impossible. Would definitely recommend and hire again!

Great value for money. Rahul and Money were efficient, hard working and friendly. Had the move booked for 1 and they called to offer and earlier time too. Will definitely use them again next time I move.

I booked Melbourne Cheap Movers to arrive at 10am, they rang at 9:30am saying they would be running 1.5 hours late. After two hours I rang them again, they said they were still running late. Eventually they arrived at 1:30pm, 3.5 hours late!! I had little apology from them, and eventually I was able to negotiate a small discount (I paid $200 instead of $230 for the job). The various reasons they gave for the delay were “traffic”, “the previous job was far away” and the driver told me he doesn’t know Melbourne very well. Terrible service, terribly inconvenient. Even though they charged at least $100 less than the other quotes I got, I would not use this company again and would not recommend them.

I don’t know how these people got 3.5 rating. Booked for a pick up on 29th jan 4pm. No calls till 4.05 when I called them they said one person is not available and asked myself to help them on loading and unloading. When I said I can t handle, they simply said they can’t do it and asked me to postpone by a day. No apology and the tone was like it was unfortunate that we don’t have men but we can’t do anything beyond that. I argued that they should have proactively informed about possible delays and this is what I heard from them “Is your argument with me now going to help you anyway? I can suggest you to help us in loading else you can do it tomorrow”. Such a bad attitude and worst customer care. Pl don’t avail any service from them.

I hear about this company from my friend. Last week i just move my four bedroom house in Melbourne with the help of Melbourne cheap movers. These guys provide me excellent service and even they also give me discount because i book my job first day of the week. Thanks Prince and Garry you both guys done awesome job and also to Melbourne cheap movers for their best service.Thank you very much.
