Our move was fast and efficient with Bill. The two men worked very fast and with care. They were on time and the price is cheap considered to other Removalists. I highly recommend these guys and I give more than 5 stars.

I chose this company because of its affordable price and good reviews here. However, the experience has left me completely frustrated. 

I booked an appointment more than 1 month before the moving date and called in 2 times to confirm and make sure everything would go well. The 3rd time I called (which was 1 day before the move), the company told me that they got no records of my booking because it was holiday and no one was currently at the office. However, he still promised that someone would come around and helped me to move on the day. Then, on my moving day, I waited more than 2 hours, called them multiple times but no one picked up. The whole day passed and no-one came or even gave me a call to apologise. In the end, I had to switch to another company. This delay had massively caused lots of trouble to my work schedule. 

I will never recommend this company.
