Be Clear-Roadways Removals subcontracts other "removalists" to transport your valuable belongings. I advised that the items I was moving were extremely important to me as they were from my recently deceased mum. And look at them! My Grandmothers Antique desk destroyed. Shelves have snapped off in the process and screwed on other parts completely come off. The box you can see-was almost new-and clearly mark "VERY FRAGILE" and look how it arrived. And they just replied with "these things happen". You Decide!

Yeah I wasn't happy with the road ways and there poor communication and had no idea what was going on as it was confirmed they were coming at 7-9am morning of the move and tried calling numerous times. The contractors didn't end up arriving until 1:30pm and leaving until 3:00pm(they sub contacted the move after i made payment). Had people moving into unit which had to be cancelled also because place wasn't ready for pest and bond cleaners. My coffee table glass was also broken by one of the removalist and smashed and shattered everywhere(which was brand new,cost $1000 dollars)and the sub contractor who is Best bet removalist on the gold coast will not cover damages because it was "accidental",he said he will give me $50 towards delivery,what an insult. They also didn't take all my stuff that was on the list saying they didn't have enough room, so I actually had to fill my van up and stay the night in Newcastle as I wasn't aware that they were unloading this morning either.

Friendly staff and great at getting back to you. Win you over and you pay a deposit, then they assign you to a random contractor that you've never heard of. Contractor was rude and pushy and I didn't feel comfortable with and so cancelled. Refused to give me a refund of my $170 deposit.

The crew that did the uplift were cheerful and very efficient in what they did. Highly recommended for anyone looking for removalists service to move stuff.
