Turners is a magical camping spot on the South West cost. The rays are an incredible experience. Can be a bit windy but the non windy days are gorgeous. We paddle boarded across the river onto the sand bars and the far bank. Glorious spot. Facilities are modern and clean.Hotel highlightsKid-friendly
My family always enjoys visiting Turner Caravan Park. The location is perfect for accessing the river and enjoying fishing and kayaking. If you are lucky enough to catch some fish and fillet them down by the river you can feed the sting rays and the pelicans. The park itself has good sized powered sites and the showers were warm and clean.
Turner was a great location for our first camp trip. The facilities were nice and clean and well maintained. Location next to the river really was lovely. I will be recommending the park to everyone.
Nice neat and tidy park. Facilities are like new. Actually are new. Also EV charging available at 15amps.
Great place, right on the river, wife got crook so had to leave a day early, will be back.

Loved our site. Nice peaceful and quiet. Lovely spot to walk to river. We fished and swam all week! But the toilets were disgusting. They were cleaned once a day but didn’t seem enough for the amount of people through. There is no ventilation and the ladies dispensers needed emptying. Needs more amenities cause we also had to wait a lot. I also found the washing machines a bit overpriced but I’m no expert in pricing.
August was quiet and the facilities were good, walking distance to town along the beautiful foreshore. Friendly helpful staff
