Quiet caravan park close to the water. Bathroom was impeccably clean. Good camp kitchen with plenty of seating. Not many cooking utensils, so I'd recommend you bring your own. Clothes line right outside the laundry facilities for drying. Campsite was well sized, good for a tent and one car. Stayed for one night and it was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Very friendly & helpful reception staff. Park is well presented,good play area for children. Cafe on premises open daily at 8am. Amenities, tidy,good hot showers. Wifi available . Nice walks from park... Denmark is lovely...
Lovely place, very neat and tidy, close to everything. Stayed in studio cabin, very clean. Got a bit irritated with the neighbours and the loud footsteps on the floors. Beautiful scenery. I think the kayaks should be free especially if you are staying there. Or allow 2 hour use instead 1 hour. Will definitely return. Thank you for the lovely stay.
Don't go there if you have a tent. Very unfriendly towards tent campers. Completely overpriced as well compared to other campgrounds in the area. Amenities are ok, although plenty of large empty space with nowhere to hang or put your stuff. Rude staff at reception and at the cafe. Do not recommend.
I have recently stayed at Rivermouth caravan park for 2 nights with my 2 friends and although we had accidentally booked incorrectly they ended up making us purchase two whole sites for the three of us. I felt as though we were being judged and used for money. We had only budgeted around $100 but ended having to pay $90 more than we initially paid$90. The ladies at reception lied to us about the sites not being big enough for the three of us and made us get a whole extra just for one extra person. I feel violated as this was extremely overpriced!!
Leanne was very unwelcoming and rude. Was walking to meet up with my mum to head to the beach whilst a lady yells at me asking what site number I was on. As my Fiancé had booked it I could not remember exactly what site number it was but I pointed in the direction. She did not offer to walk with me back to the site so I could show her, also did not ask for any booking details, instead she harassed me and made me feel trapped whilst I desperately tried to get through to my fiancé on the phone to ask him for the site number, my phone kept cutting out and she stood there making me feel like a criminal. As the park is so busy at this time of the year I feel as though I was picked on for my appearance or the colour of my skin. Leanne could have asked in a nicer tone or asked to walk with me back to my site so I could show her instead of standing there and harassing me!
Gorgeous location. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Awesome campers kitchen, bathroom facilities clean and tidy.Rooms: 5/5
Looks fine, but we chose not to stay; 60$/night for an unpowered site small tent? Nope.
We were 45 minutes out from arriving at Denmark Rivermouth Caravan Park and received a phone call from them to check on our arrival time and that if when we arrived we had knowledge of where to find our Key to the Studio Room that we had booked. Worry not, we arrived before they closed for the day and the young lady at the Admin Check-in was very helpful upon our arrival to our accommodation she was also very helpful in adding to my Bucket List of places to see and visit whilst we were here for our 4 day stay. She also pointed me in the right direction and assured me that East is in this directionand West is in that direction which can be a little confusing when you have driven from the Perth area to 4.5hrs south through average wet weather conditions to be greeted by the sun and a little blue sky at Denmark Rivermouth Caravan Park. What a beautiful place it is down here….tbc
Noel,Rose and Paul went above and beyond to help for fill my Dads wishes. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, we all enjoyed our short stay at the park, do yourself a favour and stay here when your in Denmark you will not regret it, the staff are welcoming and very helpful
