I have been going to True yoga classes and eating post  classes in the Cafe for over 9 months.The staff are always lovely..attentive  and friendly .
The classes are taught by experienced and passionate teachers who take into consideration the varied levels of experience of the attendees. 
The food is healthy and consistently interesting and tasty.Occasionally the studio has had the odd problem with the heating system which is usually dealt with as soon as practicable. I have benefited from feeling welcome and with the professional yet warm approach  of the teachers.
Perhaps it is time for a refresh  of the menu.

Slight bad experience with these guys... Lovely venue for hire - the Yoga Room.. Looking at hiring their event space. 
Prices extortionate taking into account you cannot outsource catering or BYO. 
$20k for the whole venue.
2k for the yoga room. 
I expressed how surprised I was with the pricing and was met with hostility from Kelly the event manager. Cut me off in an email exchange - not very hospitable. Good luck!

Very disappointing. Wines that cost $15 in a supermarket being sold for $100. Pavlova dessert was burnt sugar.  Will not repeat.

Easy to find, car park outside, view of harbour, service OK. Menu in small writing but that's common.

Yoga at freezing temperatures! Definitely not recommended. I brought a friend a few weeks ago, it was so cold that people were wearing beanies and scarfs, leaving in the middle of the class to complaint at reception, not ideal for Hatha class. At least 8 people complained at the end of the class to the teacher and reception and we were advised to bring an extra layer, when we were all wearing our outside jacket during the class. A bit ridiculous! Not a 'true' place for yoga... And they don't even run that many classes a day, which is a shame because the teachers are awesome.
