True Balance Massage Therapy offers a range of massage therapies for your enjoyment, relaxation and healing.

All our therapists are highly trained in various techniques and massage styles, and have years of experience serving local customers.

We are located in between the excellent Pho Hub Vietnamese Restaurant and Capital Tax Returns.

There is also free 2 hour customer parking in the Sentinel building car park off Swanson Circuit entrance.

My husband and i had wonderful massages. Great experience all round. Chummy is the best! Ive followed her over from Foot and Thai and Judith really helped my hubby. Both were strong with a great variety of techniques. Thanks heaps!

The massage was nice enough, however the towels didn’t feel clean at all - they smelt and felt like oil from the previous person/s. They also don’t have any HICAPS or registered provider info so you’re unable to claim your massage back on private health.

I’ve always had excellent service at True Balance. The owner is super friendly and treats her employees respectfully. She pays them what they are worth and values their skill. I save up to treat myself to a massage every once and a while and I’m never disappointed. My only hope is that they move to a bigger studio in Belconnen. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

True Balance did just that.  I had an injury that required urgent treatment, and True Balance gave me an appointment that afternoon. When I first walked in, I was unable to turn my neck, or engage in life without feeling nauseous. I received a one hour remedial treatment with deep tissue. By the time the treatment was over, I wasn’t feel nauseous or painfully uncomfortable. As the therapist lifted me into a seated position to stretch out my problem area one last time, I was thankful that I was no longer in excruciating pain - I could turn my neck! I was ecstatic and filled with appreciation. I have re-booked for four weeks, and then will continue treatment at True Balance for the rest of the year. Thank you for healing me. Excellent therapist, great price and convenient location. Highly recommend.

Originally being from Melbourne, and physically an active person. I do end up doing myself some mischief every now and then. I must say this would have to be one of the nicest places l, with an ambient environment, I have been there for a deep tissue massage that really hits the mark. If you're out for a massage in the area give them a go, I am sure you wouldn't be disappointed.
