An all round disappointing experience. 1. We were shortchanged on our Groupon vouchers. We purchased a two x 90min vouchers but after we had arrived we were told only 60 min sessions were available and they would not be able to honour the extra 30 minutes, either on the day or at any point in time. The massage was actually finished in just under 50 minutes - efficiency! 2. The deep tissue massage itself was very average. The session was rushed, with no real attention to detail on the areas that required remediation. A very “uncomfortable” experience, that did not lend itself to the relaxing characterises of a good massage. 3. The vouchers purchased were for “hot stone” massages, no stones were used in the process! Save yourself the time, money and frustration - go somewhere else!

Great service and polite staff. The massuses definitely know what they are doing, the staff make sure to ask if the presure is too soft or too hard as well as particular area to focus on. Thank you so much , i will definitely be back:)

Can't believe that they gave me and my friend a hot oil massage instead of a hot stone massage I booked this afternoon.

Just had terrible massage. The two masseuses didn't stop giggling and talking the whole time I was there. And then at one stage I look over and can see the guy next to me. Not cool. I asked the masseuse to work specifically on my mid back and she hardly touched it. Just to top things off ... they don't do any health rebates. Just a really annoying experience I won't back.
