Last week I had a fantastic one hour foot massage with Mint and I almost floated out of the clinic. She was attentive and very professional and we had a really interesting conversation while she worked on my tired feet. I would give Massage for Health six out of five stars if I could!
I have been seeing Mint for many years for help with some ongoing back issues and for injuries. She offers the best firm massage I have found in Canberra but tailors the massage to your particular needs as well as amazing stretching techniques from her training in Thai massage. Can't recommend Mint enough - she is very caring and focused on improving your health and wellbeing.
Very nice relaxing ramedial massage. Very well done and by professionals that know what they are doing, listen and are there to help you. Able to book online and in advanced. Will return in future, one to recommend.

I have been relying on MFH for remedial massages since 2009. I have an injury that with Alex Fords talented hands and brains, that has become less intense, painful and I now understand it better from his knowledge of how remedial massages work for the body. Now after years of saying to me this would be so much better with dry needling, I did it. The difference in my CBPS, has been immense. I send my family to him monthly, to do maintenance and upkeep of their bodies. I recommend Emmas team and Alex to all, even those I met minutes ago. There is no one I trust more than Emma and her staff to look after me. Best thing I ever did 14 years ago! When you find something that works you stick to it! Don’t wait book in now before you forget.
Having a myriad of back, neck, hip and leg issues - stemming from car accidents and a nasty sport injury - I've always been very careful about who I allow to massage or do any type of work on me. I've always found the therapists at massage for health highly effective, friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend them to anyone with any types of niggling or serious body ache issues that stop you from enjoying your life! Emma is highly skilled at identifying issues and assisting in resolving them - including sending you home with exercises and stretches you can do to help keep your body well. She helped me when I injured my back and needed surgery - and I'm doing so well now because of the massages I get from her and the team. And an added bonus...unlike other practices, parking is easy to find making it really convenient.
Highly recommend these guys, especially for remedial massage. Dee was my therapist and was so gentle and kind whilst still really getting into my hip, which I now have minimal pain in after limping around for weeks. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and really know their stuff, and will give you stretches and exercises to do at home.
Definitely five stars from me for Emma and all the therapists who have looked after me over many years when I've had different injuries. Antonio, the latest, is brilliant! My neck and shoulders get tense - too much desk work - and I had a dodgy knee I just thought was arthritis. His treatment plus exercises I do at home ironed out my neck, and I am SO much more flexible after only two visits. Plus, my knee was misaligned and he fixed that! It's lovely to have a young body back! Everyone here is very professional and skilled and it's a lovely atmosphere of peace and healing. I'd give five and a half stars if I could!
