I had a massage on 15 April, very nice girls but DO NOT let them hit the back of your neck. I was not warned or asked and have had chronic whiplash symptoms and am still undergoing remedial medical treatment 3 times a week. It has shut down my life for 7 weeks and could be 3 months before I am well. DO NOT TOUCH the NECK.

Really hard to make contact with them as they never answer the phone listed on the Living Social vouchers. I have wasted so much time leaving messages. Whatever the massage ends up being like (if I ever end up getting one!) it isn't worth their poor service in handling bookings. Postscript: After a week of calling them multiple times without response, I am over it and have sought a refund from Living Social who issued the voucher.

They don't answer the phone

Don't waste your time with their pathetic service and complete disregard for your time. No courtesy call for running late and no flexibility when rescheduling due to them running late. At 36 weeks pregnant I did not need the muck around, left in tears.
