this place was terrible. the person i saw gave me no option on bike for said this is the bike all the others are bad for u. he also said that pump n pedals where ripping me off and had "fake Shimano gearing" 0.5 star rating

Trinity Cycles went above and beyond to get my bike fixed for a ride the following day! Staying after close for 3 hours to get it done was the nicest thing a cycle shop has ever done. My bike looks fantastic! The work is amazing and I was riding the next day! They have to have the best service in Cairns!
