I was short changed over $100 according to both Google, XE currency and the Travel Money Oz Website. When asking the teller who was just tryIng her best to do her job, where I can check the conversion. I was told Google is wrong and to use the travel money Oz website. this also said I should have got back more money than I was being given, which in total was over $100. Not the tellers fault, but I’ll never be back as I don’t want to have my money blatantly taken from me again.
This exchange store has very good exchange rates and is located next to the Melton Travel Center store. And Camille, the person in charge, was very helpful, courteous, and quick! Excellent!
Camille was fantastic with assisting me in exchanging my money. She is a very nice lady who was very informative!!
Incorrect timing. On Saturday their closing time is 3pm on their website as well as on Google but their store was closed at midday when I arrived on 28th January 2023. Poor service.
The ladies at Melton Travel Money are excellent! Always very friendly and helpful. They helped with all my money needs and we're very knowledgeable with their products and where I was going. Their travel cards are very easy to use and didn't take long to set up either. If there is a line, don't be put off by the queue, the service is worth wait! Also a shout out to Sam, her customer service is the best I've ever experienced. She wanted to get to know about my plans and was equally excited as I was! Highly recommended!!
Exchanged aud to nzd got a great rate and no fees. Samantha was very friendly and professional. I will definitely use Travel money oz Melton again in the future. Thanks for the great service.
There are hidden fees, such as transferring your money to different currency there are taking out additional $2.01 and using card in nz was additional $3 for every eftpos transaction.
Helpful and informative, lovely service.
