The concierge Miss.Cat at this Melton branch is absolutely spot when it comes to providing a friendly and an efficient service when it comes to your needs. While the wait times can drag out a little, but as expected this has nothing to do with the employees who work. Definitely recommend this branch.

This branch is overwhelmed by demand. Always a queue, a long queue. Don’t think you will get in and out quickly. I spent 50 min for a simple ID check for some documents. It’s not the staff, it’s CBA not catering for the demand in Melton. Every time I’ve gone it’s been a nightmare. Allow 45min to an hour

Absolutely discusting service at Melton Woodgrove Combank.... all I wanted to do was close a account. Lined up inside then shown to line up out side because inside was to crowded ... then got through the line outside and called inside but told only standing room...then moved to the other side of the room but given a seat... I'm over combank ...

My mother went into the Woodgrove branch to get  cash-out as she had forgotten her card at home but had her other identification docs, she called me to interpret for her over the phone as she does not speak English. The bank retailer refused to give her the money and their excuse was “they can’t identify me” although I had clearly told them I was her daughter and my mother said “daughter” with the little English that she could. I told them to get her an interpreter since they didn’t want the one over the phone and of course they refused that too. If you can’t cater for all your customers, you may as well have a sign on your door that states “English speakers only”. It’s such a shame that we have to deal with this in 2022!

We went to this branch at woodgrove shopping centre to get a bank guarantee it took 5 hours as not one person knew how to do one. They had to download files to learn, called the bank to arrange to pick up the guarantee only to find out that the woodgrove branch had done it all wrong. Finally got the document fixed over the phone. Came into the same bank only to find out they have no idea what wrong are talking about. Disgusting service

Went into the bank to get some stuff done was told too many people waiting and to come back another day. We work outside of melton and not always easy to get to them before they shut at 4pm. And won't help other then to say we are open to 5pm on thursday have u thought that we don't work in melton they don't care at all

Me and my wife were very stressful and anxious for taking home loan as this was our first time and we weren’t sure about process. Great customer service! Specially David Lloyd Snr. Home Loan specialist. David was very knowledgeable, professional, attention to detail and proactive. He made the overall refinance process so simple and smooth. I would recommend talking to David for any banking services.

If I can give 0 star I will. Too slow is probably the most common problem here. If it's not because I cant do it online I'll never wanna be here. Waited for 1 hour to get called and I hope it is not their "standard". Make sure you guys are completely free on the day you wanna come here

this bank branch clearly does not know its policies. They provided me incorrect advice on unclaimed money which resulted to plenty of hours being wasted. do you research instead of getting advice from these unreliable  bank tellers..
