We had our construction loan and refinance done at this branch. Wahbiz mortgage advisor was extremely helpful and put all possible efforts to make it possible even after our affordability issue due to interest rate changes by RBA. Fully recommended.
Wish I also can give less than 1 star. Very bad customer service experience. I am not sure how this bank is still working with it’s 1.3 rating. If they want to be one of the best in banking they need to improve its services, understand customers and respect customers valuable time.
The banker I saw at NAB Melton couldn't tell the difference between a positive balance savings versus a negative balance ie. a loan. Very concerning indeed. Basic stuff to get so wrong. My local branch at Bacchus Marsh had closed permanently so I have to go to Melton NAB. NAB has dropped the ball. I'm going elsewhere.
If i were able to give 0 stars, i would! Worst first home buying experience ever. Over 3 months i went through 2 different bankers who gave me wrong information along the whole way. I was told i was approved for a grant which i was 100% not even eligible for then 5 days away from settlement, the bank call to tell me i cannot proceed because they havent done their checks properly and now they can see i wasnt eligible. Now i'm dealing with the AFCA ombudsman because NAB think they have done nothing wrong. DO NOT BANK WITH NAB! DRAMAS GALORE!!!!!

Visited the branch after it’s closed. Nicki the nice lady went out of her way to help us out when we were having trouble getting money out of the ATM. Thank you so much Nicki keep doing the great work .
Very poor service. I told a lady twice time and showed her my visa document I am a permanent resident i held partner visa subclass 801 it is a permanent residence but she still put my details on non resident, well!!! It will be effect me later. Staff should have a knowledge.
Hands down worst banking customer service I have ever experienced. Their staff is not 'certified' to carry out identification checks to open new bank accounts, how helpful.
Very poor incompetent and unprofessional staff. Issued me a bank cheque with the wrong information even though the information was right in front of them and called a security on me for asking to speak with a manager. According to the manager the staff apparently felt threatened and according to the security guard they were told i was standing too close to the service desk. Which one is which I don’t know...also I don’t know how asking to speak with a manager could make you feel threatened.
