Vincent is a mortgage broker who helped me from the Melton office with the refinance of my home loan. Vincent made the process simple and hassle free. He was informative, professional and polite, cant thank him enough! Looking to make a follow up appointment for assistance with my financial planning.

After being jerked around by CBA and then ANZ a friend suggested that we speak to a broker. With this suggestion planted deep in my wife’s mind she subconsciously looked for brokers around town. By chance she spotted YBR in Melton, walked in and made an appointment. We were presented with Mel. Mel felt more like a friend from the start. She was friendly, fun and pleasant to deal with. We told her what we wanted to do and she made it happen. If she said she would call you, she did. We gave her our information and all our paper work and with in a week we had our finances sorted and she was saving us around $700 per month. There was nothing dodgy done, she just had the skills and knowledge to make it happen. She keeps you in the loop and follows up all loose ends. Unfortunately she is now stuck with us as she will be doing my finances for the rest of our lives. As long as she stays in brokering. I highly recommend YBR in Melton. Definitely 5 stars.
