I would very much like to thank Tracey. Tracey helped me open an account for my 5year old who was quite upset as he couldn't be there to open it himself as he had school. She was very helpful and quick & even put together a gift pack for him so he could get excited about his very first account!

While I'm a big fan of Bendigo Bank generally (compared to what I think of the big four banks at least), I'm not entirely impressed with this particular branch. I find the staff to be cold and uncaring. Most of the times that I have entered this branch, the experience has been far less than expected when compared with every single other Bendigo Bank branch that I have visited. You might be better served by one of the big four banks if you live in Melton.
