Not sure why there are bad reviews these guys have been nothing short of awesome, if you are  going in for plumbing advice - maybe call a plumber.. if you know what you need and what you are doing or at least have an understanding I highly reccomend the MT waverley branch. And the prices are much better than at bunnings and usually better quality fittings.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me in repairing old out of stock washers and taps. I will only shop here for plumbing supplies in the future.

Trade supply places are often dour places to shop, but this joint must take the cake! Served by a surly shaven-headed &*%^ who announced the price of a PT valve that was 30% more than Bunnings, plus a credit card surcharge! Not even a freaking smile with that! No thanks, I walked out never to return.

The worst staff I have ever met. Very rude and aggressive, not keen on helping at all. It's like buying stuffs there is bothering them a lot. Asked a question and the answer was just "Im not a plumber"...Don't even know why do they work there if they hate their job that much.
