Extremely overpriced and when our bill was queried with accounts they promise to get back and then do not return further calls. Plumber attended to connect a brand new washing machine. He was at the property for 50 minutes and he spent at least 10 minutes on the phone. He charged as follows: $133.32 (GST incl) call out fee plus another fee for $244.42 for "labour". He used a hose already purchased by ourselves - drilled one hole and attached the hose to the waste pipe. The most unprofessional company I have ever come across. Do not recommend. Will never use again.

Very professional and extremely helpful. Not only did Shaun fix my shower drain that was continually getting blocked, but he was aldo an all-round nice person to deal with and didnt take advantage of a young female who had no idea about plumbing by charging a ridiculous fee. Well priced and efficient - do recommend

I have a text message from you quoting $110 + GST and on the day I was charged $120 + GST which I also have the receipt for. Please forgive me if you found that I was rude to you on the phone but you gave me no alternative when you ripped me off. Unprofessional plumber and management. DO NOT recommend their services. Been taken advantage of. I'm 61 years old and professionally respected by my patients/colleagues/family/friends/community. Don't need unprofessional people in my home.

The response time after my telephone call was very quick - easily within the hour. Jack who did the work was a nice, friendly guy who did the job quickly and efficiently. I'd use the mob again.
