Avoid at all costs! Job was for a simple re-caulking of a first floor exterior window. At the time of making the booking, they were advised it was a first floor window. Twice they turned up underprepared despite having been briefed prior to taking the job. In the end, they made three attendances, each time charging for two hours labour. On the third attendance, it was a 10 minute job. Was charged in excess of $600. Raised this with them requesting a review of the invoice and was told, "I suggest next time you request a quote for such works." Don't cop it like we did. Look elsewhere!
Please do not employ these people as it will only cost you in the long run ,the careless incompetence ,rudeness and delay of the job is totally unexceptable yours sincerly someone who cares
