Great service by Clarissa, help me out sourcing materials which weren't in stock at this store but organised pick up at another store so it was ready to collect by the time I got there. Like to say a big thanks and well done.
Staff are beyond amazing!! My card was declined and one Staff member didn't even offer to pay, he just paid for it, I offered to pay cash but he didn't take it, it wasn't an expensive item but that's not the point at all. Put me in a good mood. Reece management must be doing something right by their staff. Thank you again
I hardly know anything about plumbing, but these guys are on another level of incompetent. Don't even know of, or stock basic plumbing supplies. Will never return to Reece and will inform others about my experience
Delt with Andrew at the rowville brach, real good fella, good at his job. Need more people like him around!
